Hi, I’m Nitha Praveen and  this Blog documents the recipes I cook in. This help people who are new to the world of recipes.. My first blog is posted in 2012.As other girls I was in to the role of full time kitchen specialist only after marriage ;). This doesnt mean that prior to marriage i was never in to kitchen. :)

During my college days itself I love cooking and i always explore new ways of preparing dishes, especially chicken. My Mom is a pure Veggie and my brother die for non veg dishes :). Actually this paved my way to kitchen.

When when my marriage was fixed, mom used to nag me that I donno how to prepare veg dishes and breakfast. This is true of course, coz i used to get up late and the breakfast will be almost done. :). Veg dishes are common in all houses and I thought there is no stuff in experimenting those and concentrated more on Non veg dishes. After maariage we relocated to Dubai, I had to pay for that attitude..In fact my hus paid for that ;)..Sorry mom I didnt hear your words..Misss u a lot wen I'm lonely in kitchen :(

Finally the Baby's kitchen..Some had a doubt about its name..No worries..It is as simple as that..I call myself as "Baby" and hence my kitchen got its name..I love the quote by Michael Moncur

"There's no point in being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes."

 Last but not the least , My proffession. Basically I am an electrical engineer, but by proffession I am in to Software. I spent around two years in corporate world of infosys.
